About us
Founded by veterans who believe in good service.
BablyBox was started to bring back friendly customer service and support, without nickel-and-diming the customer, and with a keen focus on excellence in our product.
Our founders
BablyBox was founded by Levi Burnham and Les Rickles, both veterans. They built the company around the standard of service they wanted as customers themselves.

What we stand for
Friendly support
Real people who know your setup and are glad to help, before and after launch.
No nickel-and-diming
Clear pricing without surprise fees for the basics your business needs.
Excellence in the product
We sweat the details so calls connect, routing makes sense, and the tools stay out of your way.
Built around you
We listen to our customers and build what suits them. You shouldn’t have to change how your business works to fit your phone system. We shape BablyBox around the way your team already works.
BablyBox, LLC is based in Sumrall, Mississippi.
