BablyBox may provide Customers with features for recording, monitoring, transcribing, analyzing, or storing calls and other communications. These tools are optional capabilities whose lawful use depends on the Customer's circumstances and jurisdiction.
Customer responsibility
The Customer is responsible for determining whether recording, monitoring, transcription, analytics, or storage is lawful; providing required notices; obtaining all legally required consent; configuring features appropriately; controlling access; establishing retention rules; and complying with privacy, employment, telecommunications, and recording laws.
Consent requirements vary
Recording and monitoring laws differ by jurisdiction and context. Some jurisdictions may require consent from every participant. BablyBox does not determine which consent rule applies to a Customer's particular communication.
Administrative controls
Organization administrators may be able to enable recording or transcription, set policies, grant access, or manage retention. Customers should grant these permissions only to authorized personnel and periodically review them.
Recordings and transcripts
Recordings and transcripts may contain personal, confidential, or regulated information. Customers are responsible for appropriate access, disclosure, retention, export, and deletion practices. BablyBox processes this content as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreements.
No legal determination by BablyBox
The availability of a BablyBox feature does not mean its use is lawful in every location or situation. Customers should obtain legal advice appropriate to their operations when necessary.
